What's up!
My name is Jamie Ford and I'm a personal trainer in San Diego.
Over my years of training, I've heard people complain about one thing more than anything else: their joints.
People may start working out because of weight loss or muscle gain, but eventually they all get to the same point with their training.
Their (insert any joint here) is giving them issues.
Once a joint issue comes up, what is the one 'trick' everyone goes to to make it better?
'Just take a couple days off and it'll be good.'
Right?
If everyone is doing the same thing, but it never really makes anyone better, it's probably not working.
That's where I fit in.
I help people who have a tough time working out on their own and give them the training they need to start getting better.
It's frustrating to not feel like yourself in your own body. I help give you that autonomy back.
